These are some of the new knowledge resources1 to be shared, locally translated and maintained under this convention:

  • a local social capital wiki in the local language(s); this wiki is created by free cloning and translating the social capital wiki pattern that underlies the Actor Atlas and existing social capital wikis. With the handing of ownership, by a granting party, of a cloned social capital wiki to a receiving party, the granting party's liability for the cloned social capital wiki ends. Each local social capital wiki includes:
    • one page with key indicators for each dimension of socio-economic development
    • a page for each function of government (with the relevant #cofogWW tag)
    • a page for each economic activity that is prevalent in the area (with the relevant #isicWW tag)
    • a page for each local government unit (with the relevant #WWlgu tag) in the territory served by the wiki
    • links to national pages for all economic activities
    • a page for each actor role, considered important locally
    • The maintenance of each page includes the addition & positioning of new content that emerges from the posts tagged with the page's #tag.
  • a Local #tag guideline in the local language, for a locally affordable price
    • it is a 'public domain' translation and localization of the #Tag Guideline - World (the local publisher will need to secure permission from the United Nations for the use of ISIC and COFOG class names2)
    • it is printed and distributed locally
    • The supporters of the convention undertake to explain and popularize the local use of both #Tag guideline and the social capital wiki.
  • an Advertisements regime that evolves with the local socio-economic conditions:
    • it is used to support the local market
    • it allows to secure additional resources for launching and maintaining the local wiki and #tag guideline
    • for example: via Google adwords3 or ads sourced from local business
    • define and sell ad sections on the local social capital wiki
    • sell ads in the successive versions of the Local #Tag Guideline
