These are some of the new knowledge resources1 to be shared, locally translated and maintained under this convention:

  • a #tag2wiki wiki in the local language(s); this wiki is created by free cloning and translating the wiki pattern that underlies the Actor Atlas and similar social wikis. With the handing of ownership, by a granting party, of a cloned #tag2wiki wiki to a receiving party, the granting party's liability for the cloned wiki ends. Each local #tag2wiki wiki includes:
    • one page with key indicators for each dimension of socio-economic development
    • a page for each function of government (with the relevant #cofogWW tag);
    • a page for each economic activity that is prevalent in the area (with the relevant #isicWW tag and #CPC tags of the products or services produced by the activity;
    • a page for each local government unit (with the relevant #WWlgu tag) in the territory served by the wiki
    • links to national pages for all economic activities;
    • a page for each actor role, considered important locally;
    • The maintenance of each page includes the addition & positioning of new content that emerges from the posts tagged with the page's #tag.
  • a #tagcoding handbook in the local language, for a locally affordable price
    • it is a 'public domain' translation and localization of the #Tagcoding handbook (the local publisher will need to secure permission from the United Nations for the use of ISIC and COFOG class names2)
    • it is printed and distributed locally;
    • The supporters of the convention undertake to explain and popularize both #tagcoding and #tag2wiki digital skills.
  • an Advertisements regime that evolves with the local socio-economic conditions:
    • it is used to support the local market
    • it allows to secure additional resources for launching and maintaining the #tag2wiki and #tagcoding handbook
    • for example: via Google adwords3 or ads sourced from local business
